All deposits are non-refundable, yet you have the flexibility to transfer your deposit to a future trip of your choice.
If your departure is more than 60 days away, changing to another trip is a straightforward process. Kindly inform your trip coordinator via email, and effortlessly transfer your payment balance to an alternative trip. It's important to note that, if accommodations have been pre-booked, there might be penalties imposed by the property. Our team strives to secure flexible options, but in cases where a property has a strict cancellation policy, the credit applied to your account will be reduced by any applicable cancellation fees imposed by the property.
For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before your departure date, a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount paid beyond the deposit will be incurred. The remaining 50% balance will be applied as credit towards a future trip.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled departure date or less will result in a 100% charge of the total amount paid after the deposit.
